Simple and delicious fish and chips at Brady’s in Wandsworth Town

My favourite local thing is Brady’s Fish, a small, family run fish restaurant in Wandsworth Town. The thing I love is its simplicity. It’s got a friendly atmosphere, fantastic wine list, the fish is wonderfully fresh, perfectly cooked and reasonably priced, and best of all, I’ve never failed to have a brilliant evening there.

The fish is bought fresh and direct from Cornwall and Grimsby so the menu has a good range of grilled and battered options to choose from. It’s a fish and chip restaurant though, so just go for their excellent cod and chips with mushy peas, accompanied by the Bordeaux sauvignon blanc, then followed up with the apple pie. Simply delicious!
